Terms of use
- The gift card is for single use only. But if you used it partially by mistake, contact us 😉
- A beneficiary with several gift cards can contact us to obtain a new code combining the sums in his possession.
- Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the beneficiary when ordering less than €80
- The gift card cannot be combined with a discount code, only the purchase of the gift card itself can benefit from it.
- In the event of an order greater than the amount of the gift card, the beneficiary may pay the difference by all types of usual payments on our site: credit card, check or transfer.

Solid and pure silver
All our jewels are in solid silver, without additives. A so-called 925 silver alloy is composed of a mixture of copper (sometimes other components) of 5 to 15%. This is not the case with Itsara collections.
Pure silver is shaped in a different way.
Worked in an artisanal way, all our collections are based on ancestral techniques. But also many creations by Karen craftsmen, in collaboration with Itsara.
