Since 2006, we have been working with Ôm and Pichaï, artisans based in Northern Thailand.
They handcraft for us every box, pouch, business card, and gift card, respecting traditional know-how and materials.
We chose to use a paper made using an ancestral tradition from the Golden Triangle: Saa paper, made from the bark of the Asian mulberry tree (Broussonetia papyrifera).
This bark regenerates naturally, without damaging the tree.
This traditional craft has been practiced by the Karen people for centuries.
A soft and natural manufacturing process
The stages of Saa paper production follow an entirely artisanal process:
- The bark is harvested without cutting down the tree, then cleaned and softened in water
2. It is then crushed and soaked to form a paper pulp.
3. This pulp is diluted in a large vat and, with an expert hand, spread onto frames
4. The thistles are left to dry naturally in the sun
5. This paste can be enriched with other plant fibers: coconut, banana, papaya, etc.
Result: a unique, flexible and resistant paper, entirely biodegradable.

Our packages are shipped in FSC-certified envelopes or boxes, sourced from sustainably managed forests.
They are fully recyclable and biodegradable, without plastic or excessive packaging.
