Large craft ring in solid, original and remarkable silver with its two beautiful pure silver leaves hammered and patinated, which embrace your finger. 

The Karen people have been an animist since the dawn of time. Like most of the tribes of the golden triangle and ancient peoples in the world, they worship nature and the minds that inhabit it. This explains the large number of animal and vegetable representations on their traditional clothes and jewelry. Animism is still very practiced today in the ethnic groups of Southeast Asia.

    Hello Sabine, The emerging black can come from the patina of the jewelry. We always clean them before sending them but the patina can remain. You can make this patina go by rubbing the ring with a stainless steel scroll ball and washing up liquid. The more you wear your ring, the more beautiful and shiny it will be. Do not use bleach or other derivatives, which would form a patina again.     It is beautiful, I am absolutely not disappointed with my purchase. I had spotted that on the site a comment indicated that it was shorter than in the photo. I think it depends on the size of your finger. In my case I chose to wear it on the major which is 8 cm long and the ring is 3 cm long, so for me it's ok, longer it might have embarrassed me. Conclusion I am delighted with my purchase, I recommend itsara jewelry
