🔄 Return, exchange and reimbursement policy

At Itsara, we make every effort to make each jewel perfectly. If despite this, a return, an exchange or a refund is necessary, we have provided a simple, flexible and respectful policy of your rights.

🔁 Back - Until 30 days after reception

You have 30 days after reception To return us a jewel that would not suit you.

THE first return is free in mainland France.

To make a return, log into your customer account and request from the history of your order. You will receive a return voucher within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

📦 Jewelry conditions for return

Articles must be:

• In good condition (no scratches, shocks, spots, cracks, blatant deformations, etc.)

• In their original packaging, or in a rigid box of less than 3 cm (as long as the jewelry volume allows) for a partial return return.

Our team will check the condition of jewelry upon receipt. An item with usage marks beyond a simple fitting may be refused to reimburse total, or even partial. This evaluation is obviously subjective. Believe that we strive to be fair and accommodating.

💶 Possible expenses for returns excluding legal framework

Unless we are mistaken, a participation in the return costs of 4 € can be requested in the following cases:

• second return for change of size (of the same article) and/or article (already exchanged itself).

• return of a jewel having benefited from a reduction in -30 % or more,

• order less than 90 € having benefited from an exceptional free delivery,

• manifest error of size validated by the customer despite our advice (refusal to send the bandier, size erroneous of more than 3 sizes… Except in special cases: surprise gift, too short deadlines, etc.).

We always show common sense and flexibility. Do not hesitate to explain your situation to us.

🌍 Returns from Europe, Dom, Tom

The return conditions are the same, but a Participation in costs is applied :

• 5 € For a first return,

• 8 € For a second return linked to the same order.

🔄 Exchange

You can exchange your jewelry (model or size), under the same conditions as for a return.

Simply mention your exchange request during the return or email declaration to contact@itsara.net.

Remember to specify the name of the desired articles (s) to facilitate treatment.

💳 Refund

Refund is made in 1 to 2 working days depending on the receipt and the control of the return.

Depending on your banking establishment, it may appear on your account between 5 to 15 days After the transfer.

If you prefer, a to have can be offered.

What about the enthusiasm? Keep it, you are offered to you unconditionally 🎁

🕊️ Law of legal withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the consumer code, you have a Legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind.

No justification will be requested, and no fees will be applied for this first return to mainland France.

In this case, we reimburse you fully the price of returned items as well as standard delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 days After receiving the return or proof of sending.

This right applies only to private customers residing in the European Union. It does not concern professionals or tailor-made or personalized orders.

📚 Applicable laws

Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code :

The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to motivate his decision or to bear other costs.

Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code :

The professional reimburses all the payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the request.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (article L221-28) :

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
