Guarantee of conformity

Our jewelry has a two -year warranty when purchased directly from our brand.

This guarantee covers any manufacturing defect or hidden defect, confirmed after expertise, which would make it unfit for use or which would decrease its use.

Lʼ Usure or abnormal use is not included in this guarantee.

If your jewel has a problem related to its design And that the maintenance advice and use precautions have been followed, we are committed to offering you an adapted solution, whether it is a repair or an exchange.

In such situations, we will carefully examine your jewelry to identify the cause of the problem. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will take charge of the repair (if it is achievable), will proceed to an exchange for an identical model (of the same value and subject to availability) or to a credit. 

However, if damage results from daily or unsuitable use (hanging, scratches, shocks, modification of the shape, poor maintenance, etc.), and that the repair is possible, it may be offered for costs. 

Please note that the warranty does not apply to jewelry that has been repaired by a third party.

Transparency and confidence above all

When a repair request is sent to us, we attach particular importance to the understanding of the circumstances of the damage. We ask you to provide us with all the details on the possible incident (fall, hanging, forcing an element, attempted adjustment not recommended, etc.).

This transparency allows us to identify the origin of the problem more quickly, and to offer you a solution.

Seller's responsibility - Guarantees

The products provided by the seller benefit: 

  • of the legal guarantee of conformity, for defective, damaged or damaged products or not corresponding to the order,
  •  of the legal warranty against hidden defects from a lack of material, design or manufacturing affecting the products delivered and making them unfit for use,

Provisions relating to legal guarantees Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code

"The seller is required to deliver a good in accordance with the contract and responds to existing compliance faults during issuance ...."

Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code

"The property is in accordance with the contract:

1 ° If it is specific to the usually expected use of a similar property and, if applicable:

- if he corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the qualities that he presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

- if it presents the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect having regard to public declarations made by the seller, especially in advertising or labeling;

2 ° or if it presents the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or is specific to any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter accepted. »»

 

Article 1641 of the Civil Code.

“The seller is held from the guarantee due to the hidden defects of the thing sold which make it unfit for the use to which it is intended, or which decrease this use. »»

 In order to assert their rights, the customer must inform the seller, in writing (by email), of the non-compliance of the products or the existence of hidden defects from their discovery.

5 The seller will replace products or parts under warranty deemed in accordance with non -compliant or defective. The shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the billed rate and the seller will take charge of the return by sending the customer a return voucher to print by email.

 

The seller's responsibility cannot be engaged in the following cases:

  •  non -compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered, which it is up to the customer to check,
  •  In case of improper use, from use for professional purposes, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the customer, as in the case of normal product, accident or force majeure.
  •  The photographs presented on the site are not contractual and in view of the artisanal nature of the products, cannot engage the responsibility of the seller. The seller's guarantee is, in any event, limited to the repair or replacement of non -compliant or affected products of a defect.
